As a competitor, Sol has held multiple GA state records in the 82.5/83kg weight class, competed in 4 USAPL Raw National competitions which recently included a top 10 finish in the open division for his respective weight class.
He has a huge heart for the powerlifting+fitness community, and continually strives to better those around him as a mentor, coach, and friend. He says, “Whether it’s someone I directly work with or just a passing conversation with a stranger, my hope is to always impart something that will leave him/her better off.”
